Awnings

Aluminum awnings have been around for over 40 years and most of the ones we installed 40 years ago are still in place and although possibly soiled or faded they are one of the few items not usually worn out or replaced in all this time.

Aluminum awnings have been used commercially and residentially all this time and continue to be used regularly. Although considered older fashioned they are still an excellent value for the price.

As for fabric awnings, these are of great interest today since they add character colour and a touch of European styling. We supply and install one of the best if not the best fabric awnings in the industry today, using german engineered and manufactured hardware, and sumbrella fabric, the stuff boat tops are made from.

Many of our customers use the new remote control models, instant in and out. I often joke with my customers saying if you love her, you wouldn't want her to have to crank that awning in during a high wind, Would You?

One important thing to remember about fabric awnings is that they are designed for sur protection primarily, and although our awnings can withstand winds up tpo 35 miles an hour, they are not designed for high winds or heavy rains.

Ask about our installation techniques, they are different than our competitors.

Railings

At Doyles Windows and Sunrooms we provide a variety of colours and styles of railings, all aluminum or aluminum and glass.

All of the railings that we supply and install are fully engineered to meet Ontario building code 2006 standards, unlike many of the other products on the market today.
